Nice article on how to design clean looking and logical URLs. I completely agree with Kyle’s recommendations for onReplaceState and onPushState usage.
This might not be new but I was linked to it for the first time today. Sprite is pretty intense.
Holy crap, did they think nobody would notice?
A clear an concise piece from Apple’s co-founder Steve Wozniak on what net neutrality means to us, the people. Love his parallel between the internet and physical roads.

Very sad. If you thought you were nickel and dimed before, just wait.
App Inventor allows you to create applications for Android devices by using what Google calls “blocks” rather than source code. Blocks fit together like puzzle pieces; combining them to perform actions and allow the user to interact with the many facets of the device, including access to GPS and phone functionality.
The puzzle piece concept is reminiscent of the old LEGO Mindstorm brick programming software. Pretty neat idea, will be interesting to see what people actually build with it.
Truly exceptional piece by Tomas Hawk on the failures of Yahoo’s CEO. Love the bit about her daughter using Facebook to share photos rather than Flickr.
